From the Coffee Shop at Kripalu...

soft foggy morning,
mist, quite the view from here, is
that a metaphor?*

* ...biggest problem with this place is the food's so good, and there's so much of it...and afterwards, you do yoga....then, I suspect there are worse things a person can experience in this world than a touch of indigestion during camel pose....all morning, stuff kept reminding me of a dream last night I can't remember...just strange amorphous resonances....was telling Brooks...(even better in person than on-line)...about it...she asked what the dream felt like....I thought for a minute, said nice...warm...she said that's good...and I think she's probably right...

With indigestion, the source of the warmth might be a concern, especially in a dream. Happy Baby pose?

I've always wanted to go to Kripalu. Good for you. I hope you're having a great time (and bring back some food for me, I'll drive to Philly to pick it up). :-)

great place to be. yes, have tasted their food and it was on a weekend there many yrs ago when Yogi Desai was still around that I first tasted twig tea. I still drink it however not made from the real twigs anymore as they are very expensive.

Wish I could have been there. I got close--Jane and I were in Brooklyn this weekend visiting 2 month old grandson. (Something to be said for that, too!)

Someday--a cyber-friend get-together weekend at Kripalu. We'll make it happen.

What a wonderful time, drjay. And I just love that photo, even though it scares me...just a little.

Hmmm...maybe the gist of your dream reflected the recent goings-on...lotsa good food and hanging out with Brooks, eh?

:o)
