Jay! This is wonderful. Yesterday morning I felt a deep need to meditate (been awhile) and roamed around the room to find a spot to drop my cushion. I need a focal point to begin and couldn't settle on any one thing. So, my plan is to print this and set it in front of me as that important focal point to steady me. Thank you.

Highly relevant
quietude, ephemeral
perceptions confuse.

Ok, Jay. What are you on?

(Actually, this probably took too much concentration to be on anything.)

Hey, how's your novel coming? I was reading about all the characters on your website. Very interesting concept--one person viewed as 17 different people through 17 sets of eyes.

I'm feeling calmer already, drjay.

I've really gotta try meditation, 'cause I think it would help quell my inclination to behave irrationally when it comes to certain situations. Of course, Lucy is a big help there, so until then...

this reminds me of a whirling dervish... and the peace and stillness he experiences...
